  6. With potatoes, a liquid is drained into a separate container, and the tubers are cleaned.
  7. The remaining two potatoes are cut into thin strips and added to mince raw. In principle, you can grate them, just squeeze out the juice that is separated.
  8. In a deep container thoroughly mix all the prepared ingredients, salt and pepper.
  9. Prepare the cabbage. To do this, the cone is cut out conically and the fork is sent to boiling water. When cabbage slightly boiled, top leaves are removed from it.
  10. From each leaf cut a thick layer and proceed to wrap the lean cabbage rolls.
  11. Formed "envelopes" fry in warmed vegetable oil to a light golden hue. At the same time they put them "joint" down, so that they do not turn around.
  12. After the cabbage rolls are sent to the pan.
  13. Potato-mushroom broth is mixed with flour and poured into "envelopes".

Cooking:

  3. Now they begin to form lean cabbage rolls with mushrooms. To do this, put a little stuffing on each leaf and twist it into an envelope. Ready-made "bags" are transferred to a roasting dish.
  4. Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, peeled and smoked. Pour into the frying pan or stewpot, the mass is slightly boiled off of excess liquid, without forgetting to salt and add a little flour. Pour tomato puree stuffed cabbage and sent to stew in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
