The third mistake can be called violations that allow builders during concrete work. And the consequence of these violations are large cracks and chips. Errors arise at the stage of mixing bulk compositions, in case of non-compliance with the proportions and the algorithm for mixing them. It is important not to forget to place the bars of wood, which will relieve tension from the blind area and will not allow it to crack.

The fourth mistake is an uninsulated blind area. As a result, cracks and the effect of frost heaving can be obtained. It is necessary to select insulation material that will protect well from the cold and will not get wet during rain and snow melt.

The fifth mistake can be considered the created soft blind area without proper waterproofing. As a result, moisture penetrates deep into the blind areas and the conditions are not joyful for the foundation.
