The owners purchased their own housing, which they had been dreaming about for so long. The apartment was purchased with almost no decoration.

The previous owners left linoleum. But they did not even have time to stick it. Concrete walls were pasted over with ordinary paper wallpaper. Cast iron radiators painted in coral were the brightest accents.

So the room looked until the moment the repair was made.

The owners had a good idea of ​​what they want from the apartment, and in particular from the kitchen. That is why the repair was started online.

Initially, all the old trim was dismantled. The hosts completed this stage on their own. It took quite a bit of time. At the same time, nerves were practically not spent.

Then, partitions and niches of drywall on the ceiling were mounted. After that, the ceiling was leveled and tiles laid. All work was performed by experienced builders finishers.

Unusual coral cast iron radiators were replaced with white steel ones. Did it the plumber.

All the rest the owners did on their own. They really liked it, and there was more than enough enthusiasm.

I wanted to create gentle and yet quite bright accents. One of them - apron in the kitchen. For it, tiles of Spanish production are selected. For the living room, curtains were selected that match the color of one of the stripes on the apron.

Such an interior is really impressive. It is luxurious and at the same time concise and stylish.

For the floor in the working area, tiles of a well-known European manufacturer are selected. In the whole apartment, and in particular the living room, the laminate is laid. He has a four-sided chamfer. Between the laminate and tile, non-classic false sills are provided. A strip of white mosaic was made. It is in the same plane as the flooring.

The living room is combined with the kitchen. That is why it was necessary to carefully equip the ventilation. This is necessary so that the smells of your favorite dishes do not hover in all rooms, but quickly go in the right direction. For this, a powerful range hood from a well-known manufacturer. Forced ventilation was mounted in the ceiling niche made of drywall. It is provided in the corner to the right.

The headset was made by an individual entrepreneur according to previously created sketches. Facades are made of white glass and laminated particleboard. Fittings of excellent quality. During operation, it became clear that glass facades are much more practical than laminated. The spots on them are almost invisible. Dirt and dust can be easily removed. It’s not even necessary to use detergents. This option is a real find for the hostess. Now there is no need to engage in constant cleaning.

A built-in type technique of well-known European manufacturers was selected. Moreover, it fully meets the requirements of the owners. Initially, the refrigerator was a little upset, as its usable volume was quite small. The owners did not initially think that built-in refrigerators are somewhat smaller in volume. But then they got used to such a technique, began to buy fewer products.

The mixer is of excellent quality, it is made in China. The smooth operation of the handle is very pleased. Lime spots are incredibly easy to clean. Convenient rain function is provided. Even the daughter of the owners, who is only a year and a half, appreciated its advantages. Everyone really enjoyed it when she was able to take a shower directly in the sink.

From the sink on the right managed to create a convenient corner. Moreover, it is completely hidden from prying eyes. Here you can store those items that are needed in the kitchen every day. They will be completely invisible. This angle also saves when you need to put things in order online. If guests should come very soon, and the hostess is busy preparing delicious dishes, but a lot of dirty dishes have accumulated around it, it does not matter. You can very quickly remove all objects in the corner. So it will be possible to restore perfect order.

On the countertop on the left is a plant. Very soon there will be a coffee machine. Very soon, the owners plan to purchase it.

A dining area is provided in the lounge. The wall near the window is decorated with compact wooden blocks of a certain size. They were pasted on a plywood sheet in advance. And then the whole structure was screwed to the wall. This work is incredibly difficult. It is necessary to cut with the help of a jigsaw sticks. To do this, take wooden slats. Then each bar is processed with sandpaper. Everything is carefully glued. All the work took a month. Everyone worked on the creation of the masterpiece, including grandmothers. I managed to create a truly family wall.

The table is made to order. It is made of pine, and then veneered with high-strength oak. Chairs are made by a well-known Polish company. It turned out a small pad. The hosts ordered four chairs, but delivered only three. The seller assures that the fourth chair will be delivered very soon.

Lighting is organized in a special way. It is possible to individually turn on the light in the working and dining area. Above the countertop is provided LED backlight. This option is incredibly convenient. It is possible to solve not only the main task of lighting. This creates an incredibly gentle and pleasant light in the living room. It is ideal for drinking tea or watching your favorite programs on TV.
