FHD TV models are capable of reproducing movies with the highest definition. Most TVs produced nowadays are capable of working with this video format. But not many users know what it is, and what are the features of this type. The first thing worth noting is the sharpness feature of the image. The format implies an increase in picture detail by 5 times.

To achieve such indicators, manufacturers increase the pixels, thanks to which a highly detailed image is created. There are 2 formats in which videos are broadcast with good clarity. Namely: 1920 × 1080 and 1280 × 720 pixels. Each of these formats has a standard extension of the sides - 16: 9.

REFERENCE. With standard quality, the sides are 4 to 3.

In order to visually assess the difference, you can compare the formats, taking the number of pixels as one value.

Features

Fhd - plays a video with a good, high-quality extension. In order to broadcast video with the HDTV extension, this particular playback format is ideal. Such video systems have two types of expansion, namely: 1280x720 and 1920 × 1080 pixels, but their sides are always 16 by 9. With the standard translation of individual pixel points 414720, this is several times less than when playing with full. After all, when they turn on a video in HD-720 format, they have 921600 pixel pixels, and HD-1080 as many as 2073600. The difference is significant, and it affects the clarity of the picture on the screen.

Many manufacturers, wanting to sell their goods, say that Full HD TVs are 6 mega pixel. After all, it sounds more sonorous. But it’s more correct to say that these models have 6 million subpixels. The interlaced frame rate is 25, 29.97, 30 per second.

Panels supporting Full HD with a good signal source video are of high quality. The main differences between the format and the standard are:

  1. Image detailing is 5 times better. This factor has been achieved by increasing the number of pixels that make up the picture.
  2. The frame carries a large amount of data, because every detail on the screen is clearly visible and does not merge with the background.
  3. Details can be considered to the smallest detail. Each element is drawn and realistic.

Full HD can play any format in the best quality. But the image quality also depends on the matrix of the TV device itself.

TIP. When choosing a TV, pay attention to the matrix indicators. If extensions from 1280 to 1440 are specified, then such a device will not be able to play fhd. Maximum HD720.
