Each provider of digital television services in the transmitted signal assigns four-digit serial numbers to the channels. Therefore, the default channel order for all subscribers is identical. LCN (Logical Channel Numbеr) translates as logical channel number. Since the beginning of 2012, Roskomnadzor has been trying to regulate television channels, but given that in Russia about 2000 TV providers and more than 300 channels (including regional, regional), practically implement it impossible. In many models, manual shutdown is not required, the order is changed simply by “moving” in the setup mode with the CH + and CH- buttons. Sometimes you need to disable it manually to set the user order, or, conversely, set it to default.
