Where you can fry kebabs with your own barbecue: in what places it is forbidden to make fire

Shish kebabs are one of the most beloved dishes of Russians. They are fried both in winter and in summer. And if for owners of private houses and garden plots cooking fried meat does not cause problems, then for the rest of the citizens this causes certain difficulties.

In anticipation of the summer season, the question of where you can grill kebabs with your own barbecue is becoming especially relevant. To avoid problems, you must know in advance where the preparation of barbecue is allowed.

Where to grill kebabs

At the legislative level, the issue of open fire is regulated by the "Rules of the fire regime in the Russian Federation." They indicate all areas where open fire is allowed:

1. On a private garden plot. At the legislative level, it is not indicated anywhere that making fire on one’s own land is prohibited. But before you start cooking kebabs, you need to make sure that in the territory where the garden is located, a special regime has not been introduced. The fire regime is introduced when there is a threat of the occurrence and spread of fire, for example, during a forest fire.

2. At special venues. In many parks, special sites are organized on which open fire is allowed. Usually they are indicated by the corresponding signs or signs "Installation of the barbecue is allowed."
3. On a public land plot. Provided that there is a special platform where it is allowed to install a barbecue.
4. In the roadside area. These may be sections along roads and railways.

In what places it is forbidden to make fire

Places where it is forbidden to open fire are prescribed in the federal regulatory act - “Technical Regulation on Fire Safety Requirements”. At the regional level, it is supplemented by an act of 1994 on Fire Safety. It is in the regional standard that all specific fire safety standards are spelled out. According to legislative acts, fire is forbidden to plant in the following places:

1. In forests and parks. It is forbidden to plant open fire in the forest-park strip, to establish a barbecue during the period from spring to autumn outside places specially designed for this.
2. In field.
3. In the residential area. Fire can not be built on roofs, balconies, in the courtyards of residential buildings, in garage areas. In other words, it is forbidden to make fire anywhere in the city, except for specially designated places.

In paragraph 8 of the “Fire Safety Rules”, the following places are additionally prescribed in which it is impossible to install a barbecue and grill meat on charcoal:

• forest belt of young coniferous forest;
• peat bogs, burning, places of damaged coppice;
• plots and other areas of tree felling;
• nature reserves;
• dry grass pitches.

Important! At the legislative level, there is no precise indication of where you can and where you can’t grill kebabs. The concept of "barbecue" is also absent. There are only guidelines regarding open fire sites.

Responsibility for violation of the prohibition

Violations of fire safety rules are punishable by fines. Each of them is prescribed in Article 8.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. For individuals, the amount of the fine is 1,500-3,000 rubles, for legal entities - from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles.

In addition, if the violation was committed during the fire regime, the amount of the penalty increases and amounts to:

• for individuals - from 4000 to 5000 p .;
• for legal entities - from 300,000 to 500,000 rubles;
• officials will pay from 20,000 to 40,000 p.

The fine for lighting a fire in residential areas outside special areas is:

• for individuals - from 2000 to 3000 p. (a warning may be issued instead of a fine);
• for legal entities - 150 000-300 000 p .;
• officials - 6000-15000 p.

Before going to nature, you must familiarize yourself with information on where it is allowed to grill meat on an open fire. This will allow you to avoid fines and fully enjoy your vacation in the fresh air.
