In what places it is forbidden to make fire

Places where it is forbidden to open fire are prescribed in the federal regulatory act - “Technical Regulation on Fire Safety Requirements”. At the regional level, it is supplemented by an act of 1994 on Fire Safety. It is in the regional standard that all specific fire safety standards are spelled out. According to legislative acts, fire is forbidden to plant in the following places:

  1. In forests and parks. It is forbidden to plant open fire in the forest-park strip, to establish a barbecue during the period from spring to autumn outside places specially designed for this.
  2. In field.
  3. In the residential area. Fire can not be built on roofs, balconies, in the courtyards of residential buildings, in garage areas. In other words, it is forbidden to make fire anywhere in the city, except for specially designated places.

In paragraph 8 of the “Fire Safety Rules”, the following places are additionally prescribed in which it is impossible to install a barbecue and grill meat on charcoal:

  • forest belt of young coniferous forest;
  • peat bogs, burning, places of damaged coppice;
  • plots and other areas of tree felling;
  • nature reserves;
  • dry grass pitches.

Important! At the legislative level, there is no precise indication of where you can and where you can’t grill kebabs. The concept of "barbecue" is also absent. There are only guidelines regarding open fire sites.

Responsibility for violation of the prohibition

Violations of fire safety rules are punishable by fines. Each of them is prescribed in Article 8.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. For individuals, the amount of the fine is 1,500-3,000 rubles, for legal entities - from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles.

In addition, if the violation was committed during the fire regime, the amount of the penalty increases and amounts to:

  • for individuals - from 4000 to 5000 p .;
  • for legal entities - from 300,000 to 500,000 rubles;
  • officials will pay from 20,000 to 40,000 p.

The fine for lighting a fire in residential areas outside special areas is:

  • for individuals - from 2000 to 3000 p. (a warning may be issued instead of a fine);
  • for legal entities - 150 000-300 000 p .;
  • officials - 6000-15000 p.
