Another reason may be the poor condition of the thermal film or Teflon shaft. Various types of defects may occur on their surface or a burnt coloring matter may accumulate, which leads to this problem. Also, these printer parts may not get warm enough during startup, which also leads to dirty printing.
The problem with the printer may be hidden in the clip of the sensor, which is responsible for temperature control or in its external state. If you find a certain amount of soot dye on the surface of your equipment, you must carefully clean it.
