IMPORTANT! In other cases, especially if you have recently increased the update feature and your computer is having problems, lowering it is your best course of action.

It is better to leave a mark “Hide modes that this monitor cannot display”, provided that this is even an option. Selecting a refresh rate outside this range may damage your video card or monitor.

Click or click on the OK button to confirm the changes. Other open windows may be closed.

Follow any additional instructions if they appear on the screen. With most computer settings in most versions of Windows, changing the refresh rate does not will require any additional steps, but in other cases you may need to reboot computer.

Do this with both profiles: 60 Hz and 80 Hz (or in your case with any other profile).
