There are several basic methods for resolving a problem.

- If the PC responds to button presses, you should check the device’s functionality before loading Windows. To do this, go to BIOS. If you managed to get into it, and the keyboard performs functions correctly, then the driver is faulty. You should download the latest version from the official site, or roll back the current one to the last working version. If the BIOS does not respond to button presses in any way, it means that the problem is in the controller and it will not work out on its own.
