1. Remove the lid and take out the batteries.
2. They look to see if there are screws under them and on the console itself, which screw the case. If they are, unscrew them; if not, they snap them off.
3. Enter carefully between the halves of the remote control case a knife, a screwdriver or an old card (plastic).
4. Turn the item slightly so that the halves move apart a little. You should hear a click. This will mean that one of the latches has opened.
5. Slide the device along the line and open the other locks until they all snap into place.

Clean the contacts (resistive layer) on the circuit board and on the rubber band carefully so as not to erase it.

After the “bathing” procedure, be sure to rinse the board and other parts with clean water and set aside for drying for 24 hours. Remember to clean the battery contacts. They are rubbed "emery", but carefully.

Erase Contacts

Some buttons do not work due to the fact that the layer deposited on the rubber bands is abraded. How to fix the remote control from the TV in this case? You will not apply conductive spraying yourself, but there are two other ways to solve the problem:

1. Buy a kit for PU. There are round contacts in it specifically in order to repair the remote control from the TV with your own hands. Just stick them to the right place.
2. If you did not get such a kit (it is not for sale), you can use the usual foil from sweets or chocolates. It must be glued to the place of the worn layer.

Remote Control Check

1. On the phone, turn on the camera.
2. Point the “cellphone” to the LED, as if photographing it.

Testing with a tester or multimeter

1. Connect the test leads to the LED at both ends.
2. Set the switch to 3 volts.
