The robot vacuum cleaner does not wash the floors: the reason, the ways to fix it

To resume normal operation of the device, you will have to thoroughly clean everything and put the robot in order. At the same time, rinse all filters, dust box and brushes. Be sure to dry naturally.

Bad rags

It is possible that the rag used by the device is worn out and does not have the ability to perform cleaning functions. Most models come with a second rag that can be easily replaced by yourself. Or contact specialized stores where they can find an alternative option for you.

Malfunction of the water supply mechanism

This problem can only be identified by a qualified technician by conducting a full diagnosis of the household device. Replacement should also be carried out at a service center so as not to damage the technical components of the vacuum cleaner.
