I walked around once in the supermarket in the department with household goods. You know, the case when everything seems to be there, but something is definitely missing. And then I saw her... a tiny grater, 7 cm high. At first I thought it was a toy. But no, the blades are sharp, and it is quite strong itself - it does not pull at the nursery at all. Whether out of a fool, or out of curiosity, I nevertheless sent this mini-miracle to the basket. And, as it turned out already at home, the little thing is quite practical in everyday life, and I did not regret that I made such an impulsive purchase, albeit for only 42 rubles.
What a mini grater can be useful for
So, it has three working sides with blades, and on the fourth there is a magnet, which allows you to hang it, for example, on a refrigerator, rail, stove cover - it will always be at hand.
The small size was not invented by chance. Usually, when I cook something and I need to grate cheese, chocolate, garlic, then do not use a large grater. very convenient, although already familiar - everything flies in different directions, and the consumption of products is significant increases. This is especially noticeable when I want to grate a little ginger directly into the cup, and most of the ginger puree goes by.
So what can you use a mini grater for? Great for garlic, ginger, nuts, chocolate. It will also become a favorite accessory for little girls who always dream of helping their mother in the kitchen. In addition, the size allows you to grate the product exactly where you want it. For example, it is convenient to grate cheese into small pieces of meat when cooking with pineapples. Only a small part of the cheese gets past, everything else is superimposed right on the piece of tenderloin.
Yes, I already wrote above that my mini-grater is constantly used when I want to add ginger or cinnamon to my tea. Also ideal for nuts or ice cream peels.
And it's also much more convenient for me to rub garlic on it than to press it with a press. Moreover, it is easier to wash it.
In general, I found a lot of tasks for her, and so far she is coping with everyone with a bang. By the way, a friend of mine bought a mini-grater to rub the soap into the bath water. Also an interesting idea, but I haven't tested it myself. Perhaps for some it will seem useful advice.
