Our small kitchen (10 m2) required compact and functional furniture that could expand the space. Therefore, we followed the advice of the designers and opted for a simple, but at the same time rich color palette and various textures. The design of our kitchen is dominated by light shades of gray and beige (glossy and matte), there is a 3D effect (on the apron), as well as warm wood (countertop).

Light gray facades are made of MDF. Elegant gray brings calmness and serenity, which is so important to feel after busy working days. The main property of MDF board is strength: the material is resistant to stress and mechanical stress. Another advantageous advantage is its resistance to moisture and hot steam. The outer surface of the facades is Arpa plastic. The material is characterized by absolute environmental safety, unique texture design, rich palette. The upper facades are covered with 0001 Lucida plastic (gloss). The lower part of the headset is matte gray plastic 0595. When the backlighting is on in the evening (above and below), the facades and the working area are illuminated softly and evenly.
The postforming table top is from the Russian company Skif. Worktop color - Elm 146, with wood embossing. This color turned out to be a must for a modern gray kitchen with plastic facades. Plate thickness 38 mm. The worktop is moisture-resistant, resistant to heat, shock, abrasion, sunlight, chemicals and a burning cigarette.
A modern small kitchen always requires accent details. An apron made in the form of geometric shapes helped to visually increase the space of the kitchen. The cubes depicted on the surface, painted in white, light gray and black, are visually perceived as three-dimensional, attracting attention and being a bright accent of the entire interior. The apron continues on the second wall, and brought up to the ceiling itself, it looks incredibly impressive.
The shortage on one wall of the upper tier of cabinets was compensated by a column cabinet for built-in household appliances. It is very roomy and the absence of the upper tier is almost imperceptible.

Base cabinets and drawers are equipped with a hidden aluminum profile handle. The upper structures are equipped with a push-to-open opening system. This solution has become a convenient find, because the cooking process is greatly simplified due to the fact that the facades in the kitchen can be opened with the palm or elbow.
