On the website advertising the device, you can find detailed information about the saver itself, its connection diagram, efficiency of use and the principle of work. There is even a certificate of conformity. Users leave a kind of feedback about the work. There is evidence that there are several other devices that work in a similar way. They are almost impossible to find in regular stores.
Suspicions when using the device
Electricity saver manufacturer promises
balancing power surges due to reactive power compensation. This, in turn, should lead to a reduction in utility costs and an increase in the service life of household electrical appliances. To start using the device, just plug it into an outlet and press the power key on it.
Such use of the economy does not violate the rules for the supply of electricity, since the device is switched on strictly after the household meter. According to manufacturers and consumers, the device should save up to 33 percent in energy. All this sounds very tempting, but it should understand betterto understand if the Electricity Saving Box is a scam or truth.
A closer look reveals two signs of a possible divorce. The first is that there is a wide variation in energy saver prices. For example, in one of the online stores it is 700 rubles. Samples for both 208 and 1600 rubles are also found, which look and work almost the same. The above argument does not allow us to doubt that these are one and the same product, only sold at different prices and having a different quality.
The second sign of poor quality is that the manufacturer and country of origin of the device remain unknown. This confuses many vendors. The lack of any adequate details about the manufacturer of the product also raises serious doubts about how realistic its promises are.

Based on the datasheet on the advertising site, the economist provides a reactive conversion component of the current into the active, reduction of noise and voltage surges, its stabilization, and the resulting decrease in consumption energy. The passport also indicates the characteristics of the device:

- maximum load - up to 15 kW.
The last characteristic seems suspicious, since the device has no outputs for connecting other consumers. Some distributors of these devices claim that they also allegedly determine the phase shift between voltage and current.
A more detailed assessment of the operation of the device from the point of view of the laws of physics can be given only on the basis of accurate measurements. Some buyers are alarmed by all of these claims and properties. Many of them are completely uninterested in all these nuances.
Internal structure of the device
Advertising materials only give an idea of the appearance of the device. When self-opening the economist for the sake of interest, instead of super-complex electronics, a fairly simple electrical circuit is found:
- A switch, a protective fuse, a varistor, a quenching capacitor (capacity - 5 μF) and a diode bridge are connected to the terminals of the input plug;
- This part is connected to two ordinary LEDs and a ripple-smoothing capacitor (capacitance - 1000 μF).
Myth or truth
Such a device looks more like an ordinary flashlight or night light than a reactive energy compensator. It is for this reason that the device will not be able to save a single percent of energy. On the contrary, the power consumption of the device itself is by no means zero. All these facts leave no doubt that the economist in question is a real divorce and another trick of scammers.
The buyer pays a certain amount, buys the device, but is faced with a lack of effect. Since the Electricity Saving Box is a dummy that does not provide any energy savings and can only act as a decorative light source. All the manufacturer's promises are only motivated by the desire to cash in on consumers. It is not recommended to purchase the described device, since all the costs for it will be completely in vain.
