Frame technology for building walls is the fastest and easiest. Characteristic features of such structures are excellent thermal insulation, durability and earthquake resistance. In addition, the method is quite modest in financial terms, since it does not require the use of expensive building materials.

The frame wall is most often presented in the form of a structure including:
- Bottom harness.
- Top harness.
- Frame racks.
- Braces.
- Wall covering.

The process of building a frame wall is so simple that it does not require a lot of luggage of knowledge and experience to implement it.
Construction always begins with the installation of a lower foundation strapping. It should be carefully aligned, and if necessary, the beam in places of irregularities is equipped with waterproofing material of a roll type or boards impregnated with an antiseptic.

At the second stage, the floor is made by mounting the lag. Most often, the step is selected depending on the width of the insulation used. To install the lag, strapping grooves are used, but installation on top of it is allowed.
Frame technology involves the use of double floors. This refers to the technology in which the installation of bars to the lags from below is carried out with the subsequent laying of the board and mineral insulation. Plywood or chipboard already spreads directly to the floor.

The third stage involves the installation of racks on the angular parts of the perimeter of a house under construction. Their alignment occurs taking into account the vertical level, and fixation using temporary jibs.
After everything is ready, you can proceed with the installation of the remaining racks and the upper trim. With the help of steel corners, the fixing of wooden elements takes place, as well as the replacement of temporary jibs with permanent ones.

The construction of walls can occur both with the use of separate load-bearing beams, and with the use of already assembled structures.
The wireframe type of construction includes the method of using finished panels. Their manufacture is carried out according to a previously prepared project in specialized workshops. The panel is delivered to the construction site in an already assembled state with equipped door and window openings. This method helps to save a significant part of the time, but is limited in implementation options.

When choosing a method for quickly erecting a frame, it should be noted that finished panels often have a large mass. Their installation requires the presence of specialized equipment.
