The construction of the house is divided into stages, the final of which is the commissioning of the building. The safety of its residents will depend on how accurately the requirements for the construction and installation of key systems in the house have been met.
The residential building will be commissioned only after conducting a technical audit and obtaining the necessary documents from the BTI. At this stage, it is important not to make mistakes, because they can lead to the need to carry out work anew.

Checking wall plastering
When checking, experts pay attention to the presence of a fine finish of the interior of the house. This criterion may seem unimportant, because some residents want to equip the house in a modern “loft” style, which provides for the absence of finishing walls and ceilings. At the same time, some experts may refuse to measure.

All rooms in the house should be well ventilated. At the same time, ventilation should not be forced, but natural. The forced look can be installed as an addition in rooms such as a kitchen and a bathroom.
Sewerage
The house must be connected to a sewer system - centralized or to a well on the site. The choice in this case depends on the availability of communications in a particular region and on the individual wishes of the owner. If the water supply from the well is selected, it must be dug and connected properly, which can be proved by documents and acts of work performed by specialists.

Ground floor
The basement is not subject to finishing - plastering walls and concreting the floor, only if it is technical. A technical room is one in which the height from the ground to the floor does not exceed 2.1 m. If the distance is greater, the basement is automatically considered a full floor and needs to be finished works.

Heating system
This system is required for installation in any residential building. Its configuration depends on the wishes of future residents. It can be radiators or a wood stove. If the house will be heated from the stove, a chimney must be installed in it.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the “warm floor” system. If it is installed before the house is commissioned, the building automatically falls into the category of elite housing. Therefore, it is desirable to carry out its installation in the future.
