The final stage of any repair with builders involved is the acceptance of work. Regardless of who was responsible for the course of the current process, the possibility of any defect should not be ruled out. The problem with some of the shortcomings is that they are difficult to detect right away. Most often, they manifest themselves after a while. In order to pass this, we suggest you consider ways of checking the quality of work performed.
To simplify the process, it is better to stock up on tape measure, level, rule-rail, flashlight and electric tester in advance.
Quality reception can be divided into several stages:

- Floor;
- Window blocks;
- Doors
- Wiring;
- Plumbing and sewer system;
- Heating.
Draft work must be carried out with particular care, as they are the basis of all subsequent finishes. The plaster cannot peel off, and the wall planes must not be inclined. All angles are conjugated at the same degree, and the edges of the slopes are devoid of differences.
Finishing should be consistent with textures, and with paintwork - shades. Painted surfaces should not have peeling or small debris under the enamel.
Wallpaper should differ in quality glued corners, missing bubbles and gaps between the rolls.
If there is a ceramic tile, each of its elements should be tapped to exclude the presence of voids under it. Tiles should be laid out on one level and free from drops.
As for the floor, the key ones are: static, the absence of folds, cracks and chips, as well as firmly fixed skirting boards.
A prerequisite for window blocks will be their strength and vertical. Paying attention is the tightness of the structure and the operation of the opening wings.
The doors installed in the room should be characterized by the strength of the material, the absence of gaps and deviations of the door blocks. The canvas should move easily and silently. It is necessary to pay special attention to the quality of the door hardware.
Wiring must necessarily be grounded, and sockets and switches are rigidly fixed in the walls.
Installed plumbing should not interfere with access to meters, and piping systems must be equipped with shutoff valves to quickly shut off them if necessary. There can be no puddles in the room, and all elements must function stably.
The heating system must be distinguished by the integrity of the radiators and pipelines, as well as the density of their fastening.
The process of accepting work is no less responsible than the repair itself. Defects discovered in time will deprive the owner of the need to redo something on their own in the future.
