- Lack of armo-belt - armo-belt from above will create a single ring around the perimeter. It significantly strengthens the walls and distributes the load from the rafters throughout the structure.
- Aerated concrete block of low quality - you can buy the so-called garage (underground production) aerated concrete. The blocks have different sizes and densities, from which the quality of the masonry will be worse. The lower the density, the more cracks will appear in the walls. He also gives different shrinkage. Good aerated concrete - autoclaved, from well-known manufacturers.
- A poor foundation - although the gas blocks are lightweight, but for a good house, they need a hard and strong foundation. The desire to save on materials for pouring the foundation leads to cracks even in a brick house. The gas block is also no exception.
The appearance of shrinkage cracks in the house from gas blocks is a rather unpleasant moment. But the right choice of material and strict adherence to all masonry processes will make the likelihood of such cracks minimal.
