- Replacement of heating elements without changes in the networks;
- Installation of antennas and air conditioners on the front of the house.

Will have to agree:
- Correction of the shapes of window and doorways;
- Any change in the bearing wall;
- Demolition of structures that are not bearing;
- Combining or sharing a bathroom.

Glazing of the balcony and loggia, as well as the creation of additional partitions does not need coordination, it is enough to notify the housing inspection.
What is a free layout?
This expression is quite common, especially in proposals of developers for the sale of housing. The buyer is promised a free choice of planning his future living space, which will require a small compensation in the form of overpriced. Few people dare to talk about those pitfalls that a person may encounter when choosing a "free layout."

Firstly, the presence of the word “free” does not at all preclude the fact that all actions, as in the case of secondary real estate, are subject to mandatory agreement with the state agency.
Secondly, the current legislation does not provide for the concept of “free planning”. This means that a high-profile slogan is nothing more than marketing.

Almost always, the developer has an approved and agreed design plan. It already displays the main communication nodes. Therefore, with the "free planning" it will not be possible to plan absolutely everything in its own way. Most likely, the matter will be limited to several partitions. If they are already agreed, then all changes will be subject to mandatory reapproval.

After analyzing the features of free planning, we come to the conclusion that this concept is significantly exaggerated. It does not imply any privileged options, but only increases consumer demand.
