When all the measurements of each room are on hand, as well as the general layout of the apartment, then we can proceed to the development of a plan on a scale. The plan can be developed in special programs that can be easily downloaded on the Internet, or done with a pencil on a graph paper. You need to take a sheet of A3 format or a sheet of graph paper. If the area of the apartment is up to 70 square meters. m.: M 1:50 (1 m = 2 cm). If the area of the apartment is more than 70 square meters. m.: M 1:75 or 1: 100.
Make photocopies of all your plans without fail before applying any objects to them. This is necessary so that you do not have to redraw several times. For each photocopy, you can apply something:
- furniture arrangement;
- layout of floors;
- location of outlets;
- lighting;
- ceiling design.
