However, the apparent simplicity sometimes hides serious difficulties that can seriously spoil the appearance of the finish.

If the lining you purchased is initially a curve, you must try to fit it into the groove, and this is often fraught with damage. Then, after installation, it can dry out or, when saturated with moisture, swell, which leads to deformation of neighboring boards.
