Food in bed

Mobile phone
Every modern person is accustomed to the fact that his mobile is always nearby. During the rest, calls and sms make the sleep disturbing, even a luminous screen during silent mode will send signals to the human brain, and this also disrupts sleep.

Pets
Many pet lovers will happily take them to their bed. This is not entirely correct, animals can disturb your sleep at night, and they are also carriers of microbes. As an option, use a special animal bed in your bedroom, but not in your bed.
