Errors in the double switch

Neutral wire circuit

The zero wire is common to all the lamps connected in parallel to it, if the wires are mixed, for example, to the first section will be connected to zero instead of the phase, and to the phase of the bulb of both sections, only the first will light section. If you turn on the second one, it will not light up, because zero is not connected to it, the incoming wires are different.
