It is then good to install outlets with special “curtains” that will impede the passage of sound from the neighboring apartment at a time when the plug of the appliance is not in the outlet itself.

For sound insulation of the ceiling, various types of suspended ceilings are used that will hide the structure, made from a profile filled with insulating material, such as foam mats, basalt wool, coconut fiber.

For soundproofing the floor, you can use a sound-absorbing flooring, for example, cork - it will not allow the sound to spread across the floor. In addition, cork is an environmentally friendly material.
