The latter option is among the most reliable, since:

The advantages of non-leaking floors are the possibility of their insulation, because they are suitable for installation in regions with a cold climate. The insulation is laid underground. Foam, sand, expanded clay are used. The design flaws include the difficulty of implementation, high financial costs.
