Most parents choose a crib for their baby shortly before he is born. The main criterion for this is their appearance. However, bright colors for a lot of money is not a guarantee that the bed is made of high quality materials and will ensure a quiet sleep for your baby.

First of all, do not forget that the crib for your baby should be made of material that “breathes”. And of course, the best option for this is a classic natural tree. After all, wood is an ecologically perfect material that is easy to clean.

But be very careful when choosing and do not confuse wood imitating products with natural wood. Therefore, when choosing, be sure to ask the seller for a hygiene certificate. It indicates the material from which the goods are made.

The crib for your baby should be spacious and, of course, comfortable. In addition, at least 2 levels must be provided for in it. At first, while the baby is still completely crumby and not standing on its legs, the depth of the crib should not be very large, because it will be easier to put the baby down without waking it up.

But already when the baby begins to get up - the depth should be greater - so that he does not fall out of it.

The beds on wheels are very comfortable. Thanks to its mobility, it is easy to move from one room to another. A combination of a crib with a changing table is also possible, which will only add amenities. Some models have drawers for clothes, bed and toys. Usually they are located below. Of course, this affects the cost of the crib, but at the same time eliminates the need to buy a chest of drawers or a wardrobe. After all, you can put everything in a crib.

There is another option that can lead you into raptures. This is a cradle basket. Unfortunately, it is suitable only for babies up to 1 year old, but, nevertheless, it is very popular anyway. This cradle has handles for transportation, as well as removable coatings that can be processed in a washing machine. In such a crib, your baby will feel protected.

When choosing a crib, do not forget about the place where you plan to place it. Of course, the first time - it will be your bedroom. And this place should be bright, warm, comfortable and well ventilated. Do not place the crib near a window or near a battery. And do not hang some things on the wall, and if they are, it is better to remove them.
