Many housewives are tempted by the idea that you can put the product in the oven, set the settings and forget about the cooking process for a while.

Recently, however, ovens are becoming less and less; on the Internet you can find many ads on their sale from the hands. What makes people get rid of this powerful multifunctional device? The most obvious disadvantage of this technique is the size. Not every kitchen will find extra space under the oven. Now almost any family can afford a good dishwasher that needs a place, some even put in the kitchen a built-in washing machine.

Of course, it’s difficult to get rid of baked dishes, and it’s not worth it, because they are much more useful than fried ones. Therefore, quite worthy substitutes for ovens - microwave ovens and slow cookers come to the rescue. In them you can cook almost everything the same as in the oven with the only difference that these devices take up little space, after use they can be removed in the headset, and care for them takes less time.

For those who are too accustomed to working with the oven, you can buy a mini oven, which works on the same principle, but has a number of valuable advantages. The compact size allows you to place this appliance in any part of even the smallest kitchen. In addition, her energy consumption is much lower than that of an oven, and with rising electricity tariffs this means a lot. Of course, there is a model of gas-powered ovens, but they don't have that much functionality, and the dimensions are impressive, and they are inferior in safety to mini-ovens.

A miniature oven introduces only one limitation in its use - the volume of dishes being prepared. Therefore, to prepare for a big celebration, you will have to use other kitchen appliances or load a mini-oven several times. But given that special cases that require a lot of baked food are rare, this is not a significant drawback.

Given all this, ovens are usually acquired either by rather large families or true connoisseurs of this type of cooking.
