If there is only a high pressure gas pipeline nearby, hundreds of thousands of rubles are needed to build a new substation.

Home wiring
It is not enough just to bring communications to the house, they still need to be parted inside. It is required to install water supply, sewerage, electric lighting and heating system. These costs will need to lay another 20% of the total.

The finished house must still be put into operation. You will need to get to order a plan of the plot and the house, pay the services of a technician and the state duty for registration with the registration chamber. So you need to start building your own home with detailed calculations and a detailed cost estimate.
