One of the most complex, but the highest quality soundproofing methods is the wireframe method. The disadvantages of this method can be considered its higher cost, energy consumption and reduction of usable space.

Soft insulation

This type is sold in rolls, they are made of various fibers of natural or synthetic origin. You can use them for any surfaces, but for the floor it is better to choose a material made of polymer with polyester felt, the same option is perfectly suitable as a substrate for a laminate.

In the skeleton method, the most known, simplest and most affordable material is mineral wool.

Additionally, you can use sealants, for example, MaxForte, it will reliably isolate holes, cracks and joints during sound insulation.

Handy ways

To reduce the noise level by about 30% will allow completely improvised means that absorb sound well. One of the simplest items is a carpet, it can be laid on the floor or hung on a wall. Dense fabric curtains can save you from loud noises coming from the street.

Furniture walls also play the role of good sound insulation, thanks to them it is possible to significantly reduce the noise coming from troubled neighbors.
