Correct temperature

Stages of preparation and storage
In general, the storage of carrots for the winter can be divided into three stages. First, root crops are laid in the store for about 1-2 weeks, the temperature should be no higher than 14 degrees. Vegetables get used to the new environment.

After the first stage, the temperature gradually decreases, ideally organize the ventilation of the room, this happens for about two weeks. The last stage lasts until the end of the shelf life.

Before storing vegetables, it is important to prepare the room. It is thoroughly ventilated, the walls whiten, this will prevent the development of the fungus.
