The combination of colors with the interior

The hostess, a photographer by profession, found this apartment several years ago by an ad in a newspaper. From the very beginning, she liked where and how it is located. The house of the beginning of the last century was built in Art Nouveau style. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, nothing blocks the view from the windows, and therefore the owners can enjoy the sky and swim in the sun. It was written in the ad that the apartment is in need of repair, but in reality everything turned out to be not so scary: I had to cycle the floors, tear off the wallpaper, plaster and paint the walls and replace plumbing. Repair work has not yet been completed, and the hostess has already set about implementing her design ideas.

The hostess loves flea markets, she can dig in junk for hours, because she found many pieces of furniture right there, in such markets, as well as in thrift stores.

From there, by the way, there is a school desk, and a baroque chair in the hallway.

Golden fever!

The console table in the hallway served as a school desk for most of his life at a local school.

An art panel in the form of a chessboard on a green apple wall was made by the mistress of golden plates.

Nearby is an old armchair painted with bronze paint.

Tribute to the past ...

The living room contains authentic things of the sixties and stylized for this period. On the wall above the sofa is a portrait of the idol of those years, Audrey Hepburn.

Striped flight!

Making the walls of her room, the youngest of the hostess sisters stopped at the stripes. She also selected their color and width herself.

The kitchen in the apartment is spacious, with an additional work desk. The longitudinal stripes are noteworthy - wide green and narrow ocher colors.

The nobility of red ...

 The rich color chosen for the bedroom walls is softened with creamy white tones of furniture and accessories. A luxurious bedspread thrown over the bed also combines white and red.

And here is a place in the sun!

When the soul wants peace and the rest body, the hostess settles in a cozy wicker rattan chair and reads a book or simply admires the view from the window. This is the brightest and sunniest corner in the whole apartment.

Multicolor!

Around the beech table are leather chairs - two black, blue and red. This "round dance" complements the chest of drawers with multi-colored drawers.

All styles and directions: easy and easy!

The furniture here is very diverse: several antiques perfectly fit into the atmosphere of the sixties and seventies. The landlady and her two sisters did not want the apartment to look stylized, and therefore boring.

A mixture of styles creates an atmosphere of light ease.

For most of the walls, a bright saturated color was chosen, and for the younger sister's room, they settled on a poster style and color stripes of different widths.

The repair results were even better than the owners expected: the family was so pleased with the new home that they quickly forgot how much work had to be done before moving here.
