In this case, you can even play in contrast by choosing furniture painted in black or dark blue.

But in a small kitchen you cannot do without upper cabinets. The only thing that can be sacrificed is their depth, which is easily compensated by the height of the furniture. Smooth closed facades have every right to reach the ceiling. But they must match the spirit of the Scandinavian style.

Clear lines, light or white-colored wood and ergonomics are the basic rules for maintaining a sense of spaciousness even in very limited areas. The only exception can be an apron - in this case, it is he who can become a contrasting element that sets off the airy splendor of the northern interior.

Moderation is important when decorating your kitchen in a Scandinavian style. This primarily concerns attention-grabbing details. There cannot be many of them.

A chair that differs from others only in its bright color, an unpainted wooden tabletop surrounded by white facades, a warm rug on the floor - all this adds coziness and attracts the eye, but does not distract attention from the basic range flowers.
