Loft kitchen in Khrushchev, combined with the living room

In Khrushchev, there is usually an acute shortage of square meters. The feeling of tightness was always oppressive and during the renovation it was decided to connect the kitchen with the room, creating a more spacious room with a minimalist interior.

The kitchen is made in the company:

Loft-style kitchen with concrete facades

Non-standard solutions and built-in facades right up to the ceiling look very interesting in a small room. The result is an original loft interior with blank facades made of concrete and wood, which perfectly complement each other.

The design is not rough, individual and modern, in which the balance of color and shape is very well maintained. Warm wood surfaces combine with concrete to create a cozy and natural feel, balancing cold stone.

Facades Fabriche light concrete and with imitation of a wooden surface. The shades are muted, the textures are interesting and beautiful. These are MDF facades in PVC film that can withstand high temperatures and other aggressive influences.

The loft style requires a variety of lighting so that the interior does not seem gloomy. Therefore, we have built-in spotlights above the facades, and suspensions above the dining table.

The Slotex tabletop is made of moisture-resistant chipboard (plastic on top), quite a bit darker than the lower modules. Apron with imitation wood in the same shade as the table-bar counter. And the deep wooden niche in concrete looks original.

Not a common solution - a single-level drying for dishes in the lower tier. Much more often it can be found in the top row.

On the side we have a tall pencil case for built-in household appliances. I always liked this popular trend, but did not imagine how it could be embodied in a small Khrushchev building. Now I imagine)))

The window sill is very well used. It was made much wider, the communications were moved and now there is a spacious washing area. Now we do not have a crowd in one place when we want to simultaneously wash the dishes and perform some actions on the countertop.

I even managed to install a dishwasher, which makes me especially happy.

Our dining table is made in the form of a bar counter. On one side there is a niche and bar stools.

All Blum fittings. The upper facades are completely without handles (they are opened by means of lifts), on the lower ones there are overhead profile ones. Both of them do not distract attention from the beauty of concrete surfaces.
