We live in Spain, in a country where there is a lot of light, warmth and sun. Therefore, when buying a new kitchen, they opted for a beige Mediterranean-style kitchen. The dominant white, natural materials, laconicism and lightness in everything - all these are the main features of Mediterranean romance, coupled with the availability, practicality and thoughtfulness of all details.
The color idea is quite simple at its core - beige facades, black granite countertops. But this makes the kitchen no less beautiful, because often simple solutions become synonymous with ingenious ones. And everyone is delighted - how simple, romantic and wonderful it is.

The whole kitchen is clearly demarcated - stove, sink, refrigerator, fruit zone. This is the peculiarity of our elongated room and we simply used the existing partitions in order to feel in every corner of the kitchen as if there was no one else there. We managed to divide the long room into zones - first there is a dining table with a TV, then a refrigerator and a sink.
On the other hand, there is a large sideboard, behind it is a work area.
The black tabletop has become a kind of border in the headset, dividing the top and bottom. And the beige facades made the atmosphere more cozy and warm.
The footage of our room is 12 meters and thanks to a small redevelopment it has become much more spacious. They removed a small balcony, and put a sink in the resulting niche instead.
And now the process of washing dishes has become a real pleasure, because the abundance of light and the constantly changing picture outside the window affect the process in the best way.
The headset model is called Milan-2. The facades are made in Andalusia, the city of Cordoba. The body is made of moisture resistant chipboard, champagne color. Facades - laminated matte beige MDF. The plastic coating on top can be painted and it is very convenient if a small chip forms. But the resistance to mechanical stress in such facades is also increased, so it is not a fact that this will happen.
The table top is made of Brazilian granite. The palette immediately catches the eye - rich multi-colored blotches of other minerals are incredibly expressive and shimmer beautifully in sunlight.
Under the upper row, the illumination of the working area was installed.
We ordered two granite hot coasters. They are made of the same material as the entire countertop, but since they are unpolished, they differ slightly in color.
A granite beige sink made in Poland stands out against the background of the black countertop, but is very harmoniously combined with the beige facades. We put all the dishes in the closet next to it. A Balay dishwasher is located next to the sink.
Tempered glass over the stove was purchased separately to protect Fagor's induction stove and hood. They can be put on hot and used as a stand, you can simply lean against the wall to protect against splashes of grease. The drawing of the sea lagoon has become a bright accent in the black and white interior. It echoes a similar picture near the sofa. And if not necessary, the glass can always be removed, leaving the working area completely black.
Opposite the dining area is a high lower cabinet with a TV set above it. It is somewhat reminiscent of a fireplace - a symbol of the family hearth and such a necessary attribute in a Spanish home.
There was little space left near the sofa and there they installed two small cabinets on top and bottom (as a continuation of the general line of the headset) and a shelf for the Whirlpool microwave.
Of course, we use this section of the countertop the least often, but it looks great there for a fruit vase.
The two-door refrigerator is located in a separate niche. Above it is a wide mezzanine for rarely used things, a kind of mini-pantry.
Our kitchen is filled with sunshine and warmth. The Spanish character is evident in everything here, but at the same time functionality and comfort have been preserved.
