The kitchen was divided in two with a long cupboard. The table top is a continuation of the work surface, and dishes and household kitchen devices are stored behind the doors. There is a lot of space, enough for the whole family to do business. The hostess prepares for her favorite programs, which she watches on a laptop, and the husband and little daughter watch cartoons and games.
It is difficult to determine the direction of the design, but it is worth noting that this is definitely not minimalism and not high-tech, which the owner of the apartment does not like so much.
A light, relaxed atmosphere is conducive to a comfortable stay. We achieved it through the use of calm tones in the design. Light gray walls, pleasant color facades of the set, light milky tiles on the wall near the working area in combination with a brown frieze create a pleasant mood.
The floor next to the working area is decorated with light-colored tiles, the rest is laminate, all surfaces are easy to clean, so there are no problems with cleaning. There are built-in lamps in the suspended ceiling. Their light falls on cabinets and a wall on which family photos are hung. Additional lighting of the working surface is provided by lamps.
Kitchen facades glossy, and although they have to be constantly wiped from fingerprints, the owners did not regret their choice. Excellent reflective surface for a lightweight feel. The worktops are made of postforming, all doors are equipped with door closers.
There was a fridge and a metallic washing machine at the entrance. A sink and a cooker hood are installed in the same color, they are combined with metal elements that serve as a decoration for the facade. The family did not install the microwave. We saved space, since no one uses this technique anyway.
The disadvantages include the lack of space for installing a dishwasher. But at that time, the owners of the apartment had not yet thought about purchasing it. There was enough time to wash the dishes by hand.
The dining area is very cozy, there is a round table, which can be expanded if necessary. Wooden chairs go to him, the group is formed by a Malaysian set. During operation, scuffs and scratches appeared, but this does not spoil the look and makes the furniture even more elegant and expensive.
The windows are large and light, so the hostess did not raise a hand to hide them with curtains. From the eighth floor, in the absence of adjacent high-rises, a magnificent view opens from the windows. We stopped at the Roman blinds, which are lowered only when the bright sun is shining through the window.
Process chandelier selection over the dining group is a whole story. After a long and unsuccessful search, the owners accidentally looked into a hardware store, and at the same time noticed a lamp, which at first glance seemed rather unsightly. At the same time, it fits perfectly into the created interior, and it cost ridiculously cheap.
The lilac lampshade echoes in color with the picture hanging on the wall and other cute little things that create a home atmosphere. All this allows the kitchen to remain the most beloved place in the apartment, where the whole family gets together with pleasure.
