1. Trite, but it may be that the coolant discharge valve is simply not tightly closed. If this is corrected, then the problem will be solved.
2. Leak in the CO system. You need to carefully check all connections. Also carefully inspect the heat exchanger in the boiler, there may be microcracks in it, which cause this problem.
3. The reason for the constant pressure drop in CO can be air pockets.
