Appointment of a humidifier. How the Ballu-Uhb 200 works.
The Ballu-Uhb 200 humidifier is designed to maintain a comfortable/user-defined humidity level in a room. A comfortable level of air humidity is considered to be relative humidity in the range of 40-60%. A mechanical control device, that is, what humidity parameter the user has set, this will be supported. There is no automatic mode.
The principle of operation of the Ballu-Uhb 200 is based on "ultrasonic evaporation": there is a small outlet from the water tank to the steam chamber. There, a small portion of water is affected by ultrasound, splitting the water into tiny droplets. Collecting, these droplets form a vapor cloud in the chamber. There, a low-power fan supplies air from the room. Thus, water turns into steam, through which air is passed. Humidity adjustment increases/decreases the amount of water that turns into steam.
Ultrasound that splits water is not heard by either people or pets. It and its emitting membranes are safe for all living organisms.
Why you need humidifiers
Naturally, to increase the level of humidity in the room. But why is this? Dry air adversely affects the life of people, animals, plants:
- Mucous membranes dry up from it - lips dry and crack, there is a burning sensation in the eyes
- It promotes the spread of infections, bacteria, viruses and diseases by airborne droplets.
- Causes fatigue, drowsiness, and reduced concentration
- In such air, plants often dry out / die.
In addition, in dry air, an increased electrostatic charge, more dust is formed in it - as a result, this spoils furniture and negatively affects musical instruments.

How to use a Ballu Humidifier. How to connect the device correctly. How to fill the water tank.
To fill the water tank, you must:
Remove the tank from the atomizer itself, and then remove it from the base of the device. To do this, grasp the walls of the unit and pull up. After that, you need to unscrew the lid of the water tank. It unscrews counterclockwise. Next, fill the water tank and put it back in.
Humidifier usage/connection:
Plug the humidifier into an outlet. In this case, the voltage should be 220 Volts, and the frequency should be 50 Hertz.
If the device has a faulty plug or cable, do not try to plug it into the socket - it is better to contact the service center. Turn on the humidifier only in the correct position - if you connect it upside down, it may break.
Inclusion
Turn the control knob to turn on the device. A green light will light up around it, and after a few seconds, steam will start to come out of the humidifier. You can adjust the steam output speed by turning the same knob (to the right - more steam, to the left - less).
You can pour water from the tap into the water tank. All water from the tank passes through a special filter in the form of a cartridge. It softens water, retaining salts and other large elements.
Shutdown
To turn off the appliance, turn the steam speed control knob to the left until it clicks. After that, the lighting around the handle will turn off, the steam will stop coming out of the humidifier and the device will turn off. At the end, unplug the appliance. If you turn off the appliance by removing the plug from the socket, it can quickly become unusable. Such damage is not covered by the warranty.
When the appliance runs out of water, the indicator around the control knob turns red. This is to inform the user that the humidifier has run out of water. The device itself turns off. When you add water, it will work normally again.
