In appearance and qualities, this white radish is very similar to another type of radish seed - daikon. If in Europe radish was the most popular of all varieties of radish, then daikon, called Japanese or Chinese radish, is the culture beloved in the East.
Dakon root vegetables can be distinguished from white radish by the absence of the famous pungent taste. Daikon pulp does not have mustard oil, but there is a special flavor. The foliage form of two close cultures also varies. Unlike white radish, daikon leaves have an excised form and larger ones.

Radish Zlata
In addition to white radish, in the modern set of varieties of this crop there are varieties of other interesting colors.
