The device of dishwashers

The dishwashing machine is a large rectangular tank with an opening door. Inside, it is covered with stainless steel and consists of the following main elements:

  • Dispensers. Standardly located inside the front door and they are filled with detergent powder or special tablets for washing, and there is also a rinse aid compartment.
  • Baskets for dishes. Usually the dishwasher is equipped with two baskets: bottom and top, in which plates and cups are placed depending on the size and width of the cells. Baskets are removable for easy extraction. Separately, there is a plastic box for cutlery, inserted into any of the baskets.

  • Rockers. Are located above each basket and represent rotating plastic tubes spraying water which under the strong pressure moves by means of the delivery pump.
  • Capacity for salt with ion exchanger. To soften the hardness of water and prevent the formation of scale on heating elements, salt is used for dishwashers.
  • Filter. Used to collect food leftovers that are washed away from the dishes during the time the machine is running.

Loading the machine and selecting programs

In baskets and a box for spoons and forks, the dishes are placed in such a way that washing is most effective. The corresponding norm of the detergent is put in the dispenser. Salt and rinse are usually loaded once in such a dose, so that they are enough for a certain number of washes.

If you want the equipment to serve you more than one year, you need to know how much salt to pour into the dishwasher.

Finally, the desired program is selected, depending on the type of dishes. If there is a half load function, only one chute can be loaded.

Filling the unit with water and heating

After pressing the start button, the dishwasher by means of a filling hose, and also an inlet valve starts Fill with cold water pumped under pressure into a dedicated container in the lower chamber dish washer.

.

The hardness of the water is reduced by the softener, and, when the desired level is reached, the supply is automatically closed by a special relay or by a float switch. It muffles the flap valve and turns on the heating element. The heater heats the temperature to the mark set beforehand when selecting the program.

Washing

After filling the water exchanger, the electronic control includes a pump circulation pump, which pumps hot water to the wing-like sprinklers. The water supplied by strong pressure causes the impellers to rotate, the jets are forced out through the nozzles in different directions, washing away dirt from the dishes.

At the same time, the food particles can be retained by the filter in order to avoid re-settling them on the dishes during the next use of water. At the right time, the dispenser automatically opens and the detergent enters the water.

Rinsing

When the washing is completed, the contaminated water is removed by the pump from the dishwasher and a clean portion is poured. And the device of the machine works in such a way that the water is poured twice: for the first time the dishes are washed simply by pure cold water, and the water is re-heated and a rinse aid is added to it, giving the tableware a shine and smoothness. Then the water is again pumped out by the pump for the next stage.

Drying

If you have selected a short program, the drying cycle will not turn on. Drying is of two types:

  • condensation - moisture, evaporating from the surface, settles on the walls of the chamber and drains into the drain;
  • Turbosushka - blowing with hot air.

Of course, the dishwasher works automatically and the washing process takes a longer time than hand washing. But when using this assistant, your hands will always be soft and smooth and you will have plenty of free time for other things.
