How to make beautiful fences for flower beds

When tall, or even medium flowers grow in a flower bed, it must be fenced. Such a fence is not just used to decorate and mark the borders of a flower bed, but also will not let the flowers fall apart. For lower plants, fences are most often used precisely to limit the area.

Most often, the fences are made in a restrained style, they are quite simple and strict, however, some fences can even turn the simplest flowerbed into a real decoration of the site.

You can buy ready-made fences, or you can make them yourself, and the latter have much more advantages over store ones.

Concrete tile fence

To make such a fence is very simple with your own hands, in fact it is concrete tile, which has a metal pin for fixing it in the ground. For work, molds will be required, it can even be cut along cardboard boxes made from milk or juice. Metal rods are used as a pin, the mold is necessarily lubricated inside with oil, and then concrete is poured into it. After a day, when the mixture sets well, the tile is removed from the mold. Then they need to be dried in partial shade. After the tiles are completely dry, they can be left the same color or painted with facade paint.

Wicker fence

It will require suitable rods, it is best to harvest them in the spring, choosing the most flexible tree branches. For this, branches of fruit trees or grapes are suitable. The manufacturing principle is simple: first, stakes are stuck around the flowerbed, and then they are braided in rods in a checkerboard pattern.

Brick fence

Using a brick, you can create not just a solid fence, but also very beautiful, which fits perfectly into the design. It will take a brick and mortar, it should be a consistency like a thick cream.

A place is pre-marked under the flowerbed, then a groove about 20-30 cm deep is torn out, sand and gravel are poured into it, the solution is poured on top. The foundation will turn out, on which the bricks are laid out, 2-3 rows are enough for the fence.

For fencing, you can use a stone, it is laid out around the perimeter, and the fencing can then be given any shape. Often, wood is also used for fencing, it can be either a solid board or sawn into several parts, in which case you can choose any height of the fence. The tree can be varnished or painted in any color.
