All ingredients for making quiche pie with chicken and mushrooms can be divided into 3 subcategories:

  • for dough preparation;
  • for cooking;
  • for cooking pouring.

What are the products needed for the preparation of the dough:

  • 2 cups of flour( about 250 g);
  • 3/4 packs of butter;
  • one egg;
  • a little salt.

What are the products needed for the preparation of the filling:

  • 1 onion;
  • 0.3 kg chicken fillet;
  • 0,3 kg champignons;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • a little salt, pepper.

What products are needed for the preparation of pouring:

  • 0.3 liters of low-fat( or medium-fat) cream;
  • two chicken eggs.

All ingredients for cooking open Kish Loren pie with chicken and mushrooms should be prepared in advance, even before the cooking process begins.


Preparation of products for baking

The first step should be to prepare the dough, because after kneading it is necessary to stand in the refrigerator for half an hour. In order to prepare the dough, mix a little softened butter with flour. It is desirable to sift it beforehand. Hands flour and butter fray in crumbly fat crumb. Do not try to make it with a spoon or mixer. After the dry mass has acquired a homogeneous consistency, it is necessary to drive an egg into it and finish the process of kneading dough with your hands.

Baking
