Lovage is a high perennial aromatic plant with dark green leaves and greenish-yellow flowers. Its greens are commonly used to add flavor to various dishes. Especially, lovage, like seasoning, is good in salads. This is a great addition to giving a bright touch to your favorite soups, especially those that contain potatoes, peas, beans or lentils. It adds a new flavor to stews, grilled vegetables, and all seafood dishes. Adding lovage to vegetables with a weak taste - such as, for example, zucchini - enlivens it, the taste of the vegetable becomes more saturated.

    Dug out roots washed. To scrape the skin, you can wash them with a metal washcloth, and you can scrape them with a knife or peel.
