Braised spinach in butter - recipe

Braised spinach in butter is a great garnish for fried chicken, which can be cooked in a few minutes. So how to cook it delicious? Below is the recipe. Cooking spinach stew - the process is very fast, does not take much time. It can be used as an addition to any side dish. But, before you start cooking, do not forget to rinse the leaves of spinach so that they do not have ground or sand.

  • spinach leaves - 500 g;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • olive oil or melted cream;
  • salt to taste:
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • juice of one lemon.

How to cook:

  • If the leaves are small, then you can not cut them. If large cut them are not very fine
  • Peel and finely chop 2 garlic cloves.
  • Heat the pan, pour a little butter and melted butter - you can replace it with olive oil if necessary. Then put the garlic, fry it until golden brown. Immediately add spinach leaves to the pan, salt and pepper, quickly mix everything for 2-3 minutes. In a pan, spinach should decrease in volume by 3-4 times.
  • Then place it in a colander, drench with cold water, so that it does not lose color. Let the excess juice drain.
  • Put the frying pan, in which spinach was fried, again on the fire. Put a piece of butter on it. As soon as it starts to bubble, add the spinach leaves to the pan, squeeze the juice from one lemon into it. Mix everything thoroughly, taste it. Add salt, pepper, if they are not enough.

Immediately serve stewed spinach on the table.
