Facade modern systems: role and application

Facade modern systems, such as ventilated facades - innovative exterior cladding systems with subsequent facades and various roofs of buildings or structures intended mainly to protect the front surfaces from aggressive external influences. They are used in the construction of new and repair of old buildings and various structures or in the restoration of existing ones.

The principle of the main work of the new facade systems is the natural and at the same time continuous free circulation, followed by ventilation of air between the cladding element and an external wall, which several times increases both the warranty and post-warranty life and operation of the necessary front surfaces and decorative elements.

Installation, as well as subsequent dismantling of various facade systems is possible at any time if necessary. Exceptional quality and humidity on installed surfaces do not affect this process due to the provided ventilated support.

The profile of various facade systems contributes to the creation of an air millimeter gap between the walls of the building and facing panels that allows air to circulate freely and does not allow moisture to accumulate and occur mold, fungus.

Widespread use of aluminum and steel profiles. The advantage of aluminum profiles can be called light weight, which produces a slight load on even a weakly built foundation of the house.

The metal profile of the facade systems is selected taking into account the required operational period and the influence of weather conditions. It comes mainly of three types: from galvanized or aluminozinc steel, or powder-coated galvanized steel with RAL available to the consumer, as well as stainless steel.

It is worth noting that in the presented options, the acoustic effect is the only minus of the facade systems.
