The material of modern furniture - chipboard is flimsy, so the hinges and other details in it do not hold well. The loop can be pulled out under the influence of weight or under the influence of time. But it’s really possible to insert it in the same place.
If part of the chipboard comes off together with the loop, then before screwing in the screws and other fasteners, it is necessary to cover the hole with PVA glue with the addition of wooden shavings. Experts advise to take a special adhesive "Joiner Moment". The output is a mixture of medium viscosity. After everything is sealed and a little dry, you can put the loop in place. But this option is not so reliable.
The second option is to use furniture dowels. Sockets where screws were screwed are drilled with an 8 mm drill. The result should be a deep, but not through hole. In order not to drill through, you can use stops: special rings on the drills. The result is a nest with a diameter of 8 mm and a depth of 10 mm. A furniture dowel is inserted into it, on which there is a mark of the desired depth.
To keep the dowel precisely, it is lubricated with glue, the excess part is removed with a file on the iron. If excess glue protrudes, they are wiped off. If the loop was attached to the screws, then they can immediately be screwed into the finished plugs. If the screws, then wait a day until the glue completely dries.
If the second option seems unreliable, you can use another. The hole for the screws is drilled through, the hinges are mounted on bolts with flat cross hats. Furniture caps are glued to the front of the door.
Alternative methods
If for some reason it is impossible to install the loop in its original place, then it is moved to another place. To do this, the base of the hinge on the side door is shifted and screwed again. But this method is suitable for one time, since after several attempts the door will turn into a sieve.
You can also duplicate the part of the door where the hinges are attached. To do this, the required amount of worn material is trimmed, and a new one is attached to it on furniture dowels. There is a more expensive option - to make a duplicate door.
