3. Balcony / loggia. The purpose of this room also does not need to be placed there sockets, especially if there is no glazing. Of course, if a balcony is used, say, for cultivating violets, then a number of electrical appliances may be needed: an air humidifier, LED strip, heating, and others. Some loggias are turned into a place for the provision of cosmetic services, which will also require the availability of sockets. However, with standard use of this room, there is no need for outlets.
4. Pantry. Typically, a pantry is used to store household needs or winter seaming. Whatever is stored in the pantry, sockets are not needed there, a maximum of a lamp, with a switch on the wall.
5. There is another room that you can safely get rid of sockets - this is a nursery. All children's furniture, toys, a tablet or laptop - do not require the placement of outlets in the room. Everything that needs electricity (tablet, phone, laptop) can be recharged from the outlet in the living room.
