Using a felt-tip pen, it is necessary to mark the place of cut. In this case, it is imperative to use measuring instruments - a tape measure or a ruler. Measurement should begin with a preliminary study of the place of subsequent installation of ceramic tiles.

Cutting must not be performed to the full depth. It is recommended to cut a tile fragment in 3-4 approaches. Due to this, it is possible to avoid the appearance of chips and scratches on its surface.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that the tile should be cut from the front side. Ignoring this requirement will result in chips and cracks on its glazed surface.
