Naturally, not all developers adhere to this rule, which they most often do not cover.

The foam block is not suitable for arranging the internal partitions of rooms in which there will be an increased level of humidity. Over time, moisture acting on the material, penetrating through poorly insulated surfaces, can have a negative effect on it.

The process of building from foam blocks should occur in combination with an even horizontal laying of material, which is often ignored by builders. This is especially important for the foundation being built. Even its most insignificant errors can lead to the fact that over time cracks begin to form on the walls. This is due to the excessive ductility of the foam blocks, which is not uncommon during deformation contributes to the destruction.

Like any type of building materials, foam block has its own advantages and disadvantages. If construction is carried out in compliance with all technological requirements and additional work, then the constructed structure will be able to serve for a long time without creating unnecessary problems. It is very important to pay due attention to the choice of material. The simple process of manufacturing foam blocks makes it available even in a building site. Naturally, the quality of such a material will be significantly worse than that of a product manufactured in a specialized production. Such material for construction is not recommended.
