For production, in the first place is the maximum energy savings, and one of the cost items of this indicator is lighting. We suggest considering wall and ceiling industrial LED lamps, where to buy them, and also what is their price in the cities of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

Instructions for the use of efficient lighting
Fixtures for industrial premises must meet certain indicators. In particular, they must be explosion-proof (for obvious reasons), waterproof, especially if the production is to some extent connected with the chemical industry.
Naturally, the manufacture of such devices takes a lot of time and money costs (which, accordingly, affects the cost), but their profitability allows you to recoup such lighting devices for up to two years old.
In order to maximize the productivity of industrial LED luminaires, some regulations:
- Turn off the lights in empty rooms. Often this applies to utility rooms, attics, corridors (if the workshop does not require light, or the base does not function at all), as well as sanitary rooms;
- Set the lighting standard to standards. Illumination levels (or lumens) should be set in each section of the workshop according to certain indicators. Even energy-saving LED industrial luminaires can work even more productively if you normalize this indicator according to safety measures and technical specifications.
- Use automatic lighting systems. This will save energy costs by more than 20%. If you consider that many factories spend the amount to pay bills of several hundred thousand, you get a very significant figure.
- Replace all incandescent lamps with a power of 60 watts or more with LED or fluorescent ones. The most powerful LED models require only 6-10 volts, while giving out the brightness of the light no less than the more expensive incandescent lamps.
- Replace domestic technical luminaires T-12, T-8 with newer models of the brands Nichia, Philips, Radius, Suntero. Old T-12 industrial lighting lamps consume a significant amount of electricity. There are still samples of the old type on sale that consume energy 30% more than modern ones.
- Replace industrial mercury devices. Where color rendering is not a critical indicator, metal halide and mercury lamps can also be replaced by LEDs, in addition, this will increase safety characteristics of the workshop (especially with regard to the production of metal, chemicals and other plants where temperature is necessary impact).
- Change the High Intensity (HID) Series overhead lights to daylight analogs, say, Ledart or Webstar brands. Traditional recessed lighting fixtures can be replaced by high-performance models that are not inferior in terms of brightness or safety.
- Models Vellan and Diolux (Dialux) still use magnetic ballast to ensure a constantly high level of lighting. Ballast controls the amount of electricity needed to start lighting fixtures and maintain a stable light output. Using electronic ballast can save from 12 to 30% of electricity.
- Replace the wall and floor signs of the direction of the exit-entry with similar LED models (and it is also allowed to use LED strip). Special general industrial tapes have been developed that provide brightness and very accurate color reproduction, while having low risk of fire and high profitability (they work even in conditions of low or unstable voltage network).

Ceiling lamps
Options for ceilings can have different shapes and installation methods, depending on the purpose. For example, round LED lights of the Medusa series are perfect for lighting work passages or OTK workshops, but they are not recommended for use above machines.
Also, such constant light sources are often equipped with protective anti-vandal gratings, due to which they are widely used as street lighting devices.
To create the desired level of light in corridors or other passage areas, bell lamps are recommended. They are protected from destruction, as the casing is made of a durable alloy of steel and aluminum, and have a very wide viewing angle due to its universal shape.
To illuminate the aisles and workplaces, Turin lamps are used - rectangular scale models that can cover a wide range. Analogues allows you to choose a catalog of companies Ecolihgt, Allintitle and Zoje.
Pendant lights
Pendant LED devices differ from shelf ones by the presence of a simple, but very necessary part - moving console, which not only allows you to correct the angle of incidence of light, but also to adjust the installation principle appliances. These industrial luminaires are used as machine lights (because they can be turned in the right direction if necessary), illuminating some workplaces or as street floodlights.
In the domestic market, they are represented by models of companies such as Iceberg, Cree and Astarta.
Hanging lamps also include portable or mounted models, because they can be mounted on any surface if necessary. The main difference between such lamps is the principle of power (from the battery or battery) and power (they are slightly weaker than stationary LED lamps).
