Simple paint

Putting paint on the floor is considered the easiest way to process a garage floor. In addition, this method is considered the cheapest. The applied material is easy to operate. The garage floor can only be painted on condition that the garage is subsequently heated. A garage is considered heated if in autumn and winter the temperature in it does not drop below zero. Before you begin to paint, the surface must be cleaned from dirt and dust. After that, it must be treated with a primer, and only then should paint be applied.

For garage floors, epoxy or acrylic paint is best. It must be applied in three layers with a brush, and you need to wait one day after applying each layer.

Concrete mix with leveling properties

It is sold in the form of dry raw materials. For its preparation, it is necessary to dilute the dry mixture with the required amount of water, according to the proportion specified in the instructions. The composition includes the following components: modifiers, fillers and cement. It is best used on a concrete floor. Before pouring this mortar, the floor must be cleaned of dust and dirt and make it a little rough. The concrete floor is spilled with water, and as soon as it dries, it must be treated with a primer.

The primer is applied twice, and after application it will be necessary to wait a day until it dries. The solution should have a thickness of 5 cm. If the concrete floor is almost even, a thin layer of mortar can be applied. With the help of a rail, the mixture is leveled throughout the floor, so a smooth surface is formed. In total, it takes ten days to work, of which five days to work and five days to wait until the mixture dries. This method is considered very slow, but at the same time reliable.

Impregnat

This component enhances the strength of wood or cement mortar and protects against water, grease and chemicals. Before you start applying it, you need to dry the floor. Only after that can this material be applied with a brush in three layers, with each subsequent layer having to be dried for 5 hours. Such work is carried out in a short time. It only takes three days, then you can put the car in the garage.

Tile

For the garage floor, ceramic tiles of high strength are required, resistant to abrasion and sudden changes in temperature. Only ceramic tiles of grades 5 and 4 meet these requirements. In total, the tile has five classes. There is a huge selection of ceramic tiles on sale, so choosing ceramic tiles that are suitable in quality and texture is easier than building materials on the market. Ceramic tiles have excellent properties, high strength, durability and reliability.
